Bonnie Brereton

Bonnie J. Brereton, 73, of Cleveland, IL, passed away Tuesday, November 29, 2016 at her home.  As per her wishes, Cremation has accorded by Vandemore Funeral Homes & Crematory, Geneseo.  No services will be held and a private inurnment will be at a later date at Dayton Corners Cemetery in Colona.

Bonnie was born on March 8, 1943in Kahoka, MO, the daughter of Wayne and Hazel Cunningham.  She was united in marriage to Henry L. Brereton in 1960 in Moline, IL.  She worked for Carmel Corn and Steak Escape both at South Park Mall for many years.  She loved her family and spending time with them.

She is survived by her husband, Henry; daughters: Cindy Brereton of Cleveland, IL, Brenda (Russ) Anderson of Alpha, IL; son: Henry (Jennifer) Brereton, Jr. of Harrison, AK; 7 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; and brothers: Chuck (LuAnn) Cunningham of Colona, IL, Wayne Cunningham of Silvis, IL

She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers.
