Brantley M. Francis

Brantley M. Francis, 3-year-old son of Matt and Jeanna Francis, of Geneseo, passed away at his home surrounded by his loving family on December 16, 2017. Funeral services celebrating his life will be on Wednesday, December 20, at 10:30 a.m. at Geneseo Evangelical Free Church The family requests formal attire, followed by a burial at Oakwood Cemetery, Geneseo. Reverend Stephen Palm will officiate. Visitation will be held Tuesday, December 19 from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at Vandemore Funeral Home & Crematory, Geneseo. The family requests casual attire, #TeamBrantley or a SuperHero shirt.  Memorials may be left to the Brantley Francis Memorial Fund.

Brantley was born in Peoria on August 11, 2014. Brantley loved the color red. His favorite foods were pizza rolls and chicken nuggets at McDonald's. He loved the Justice League, Marvel Avengers, and Ninja Turtles. He liked the Ninja Turtles so much that he even wanted to be Raphael when he grew up.

Brantley is survived by his parents, Matt and Jeanna, his sister, Brooklyn, grandparents, Brad & Chris Olson, Moline and Eric & Sheila Francis, Geneseo, great-grandparents, Jeannine Hicks, East Moline, Betty Olson, Moline and Bonnie Jazwick, Orion, and his great-great-grandmother, Geraldine Gronenthal, Nebraska. Brantley is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents.
