Cyndy L. (Misfeldt) Mallum

Cyndy L. Mallum, 63, of Geneseo, IL, passed away Wednesday, February 22, 2017 at her home.  A memorial service celebrating her life will be held at 10:30 am on Tuesday, February 28th at Vandemore Funeral Home & Crematory, Geneseo.  Rev. Chris Ritter will officiate.  Inurnment will follow at North Cemetery in Geneseo.  Visitation will be held 1 hour prior to the service (9:30-10:30am) at the funeral home.  Memorials may be made to Relay for Life.  Cremation has been accorded by Vandemore Crematory.

Cyndy was born on September 7, 1953 in Geneseo, IL the daughter of Leland and Arlene (Stewart) Misfeldt.  She graduated from Geneseo High School and attended Black Hawk College.  She attended First United Methodist Church, which she joined in her youth.  She loved working on her computer.

She is survived by her mother, Arlene Misfeldt; sister: Diane (Michael) Peterson of Opelika, AL; brother: Randy (Deborah Denton) Misfeldt of Houston, TX; and 4 nieces.

She was preceded in death by her father, Leland Misfeldt.
