My Sincere Condolence to Fred's family and friends. My husband, Bud Frey was friends with him for many years and worked together at Laborers Local 309. We lost contact a few years back, and Bud has passed away also. But, we never forgot him. A wonderful man and a true friend.

My heart is breaks for you all, only 8 months ago we lost my dad, and the heart ache is fresh. I will pray for all of for comfort!! Thinking of all of you!
