I did not know Janette personally but after I returned to live in Geneseo I took my elderly parents to the ER on several occasions and I was so pleased if she was on duty. She was always patient and kind and helpful and gave them wonderful care. I was unaware that she was a sister to Dan who had been on my Dad's baseball team years ago. I will miss walking my dog by her house and hearing the birds or seeing her busy in her yard.

My sincere sympathy goes to the family of Jeanette. She was a comfort to our family when she took care of my father.

I met Janette through our neighbors Al & Nancy Myers. Her mom Bonnie & Janette were such happy people. I then had the honor to work with Janette when I worked at Hammond Henry. She was dedicated to helping anyone she could and always had a beautiful smile. We had fun times together over the years. She will be missed by many. Condolences to her loved ones for your loss.

I knew Janette through a website that I used to moderate. We shared our love of cockatiels and other parrots, our love of people and our love for Christ. Janette was such a sweet person and was a lovely light in our group. I also kept in touch with her on FB, learning of her health problems and praying for her. I want the family to know, that although we never met, I considered her a friend. I know where she is now and look forward to meeting her in the future. May God's peace that passes understanding envelop you in your grief. Janette was well-loved and left behind a legacy of kindness and love.

Nothing in this message will be a surprise to anyone who knew Janette. She was a remarkable woman of God. I worked with Janette for many years in the Emergency Department at HHH, and when I moved to Administration I still worked with Janette. She was a kind, funny, loving, compassionate woman. She loved God and her faith was demonstrated through her actions and the care she showed our patients, their families, and all of us who were blessed enough to share her time here. When we moved to Colorado, I always thought she might pay us a visit as she talked about how much she loved this area. I am surprised by the announcement of her passing, and I pray that God will bless and comfort her loved ones and friends. She and I also shared our birthdays, which was awesome! She will be missed terribly, but my comfort comes in knowing that one day soon, I will see her again.
