Scott E. Rowlee, 54, of Atkinson, passed away Friday, September 8, 2017 at his home. No services are planned at this time. Per his wishes, cremation rites have been accorded. Vandemore Funeral Home & Crematory is assisting the family with these arrangements.

Scott was born on March 16, 1963, the son of Robert E. Rowlee and Sandra (Blanchard) Iocca, in Anchorage, Alaska. He enjoyed fishing and visiting with his family and friends. Scott loved music, especially playing his guitar.

Those left to cherish his memory include his parents, Robert Rowlee, Omaha, NE, and Sandra Iocca, Tampa Bay, FL, his brother Robert (Maggie) Rowlee Jr., Norfolk, VA., and sisters Kristi (Jeff) Johnson, Geneseo, IL, and Vicki Brewer, Wichita Falls, TX. His niece Melissa Johnson, and several other nieces and nephews also survive him.

Scott was preceded in death by his grandparents.
