Tony, Lori, & Zach,
I never had the opportunity to meet Trevor face to face, but I followed his courage and fight through many social media posts. Trevor clearly was a person who inspired and touched the lives of many people. I am quite certain that there is nothing that can be said to help to alleviate your grief, but please know that a small portion of your pain is felt by all those in your lives that love you and Trevor.

My deepest sympathies to Lori, Tony, Zach, and the rest of the Schefsky family. Trevor was a tremendous young man, and I have so many great memories of times shared with him as a coach when the boys were younger. His smile and energy was contagious, and he was always a joy to spend time with. He will be missed by so many, and his smile will never be forgotten.

When Trevor got to come home for some time this summer I had gotten my wisdom teeth removed. He texted before saying if you need anything when you get your wisdom teeth out just let me know I'll get it for you! He was always so sweet and thoughtful and I feel blessed to have had him as a friend. I am so sorry and I'm continuing to pray for your family.

Tony and Lori, You brought a magnificent human being to the world as evidenced by all the young people who today are talking about all the ways they can honor Trev. I have witnessed God's love via Trevor today. Kids talking about getting to school early tomorrow to request a moment of silence for Trevor to a "Green Out" at tomorrow nights basketball game to cheerleaders wearing their green bows instead of basketball bows. And that is just from my rather small world. Trevor's life has touched so many. I'm sure Trev's legacy brings comfort as you go through the rough days ahead. At least I hope so. God Bless and thank you for sharing your son with us.
