Nate Vorac, Owner/Pharmacist, Vorac Pharmacy, Geneseo
Nate is a modern-day alchemist! His ability to remember drug
specifics including side effects and interactions between pills can be a life
and death situation. We count on Nate to stay on top of every minute detail of
patients’ health/medicine history and possible risks due to existing medical
conditions and potentially disastrous consequences of drugs/medical treatment. Nate
is committed to continued education, keeping abreast of the latest drug
information. He is the front line educator we trust and rely on to interpret how
to take and stay healthy on medication as well as the benefits the drug/s
provide.
A visit with Nate is often after receiving bad news and/or
battling with a medical condition. His kind demeanor is so helpful in the
healing process. Nate is always calm and patient, even when dealing with insurance
companies.
Nate is an outstanding businessman, owning his own pharmacy.
He has recently made renovations creating a more effective customer service
flow and prescription fulfillment. His employees are always very courteous and
eager to help.
A visit with Nate often serves as the hopeful next step.
Everyone who Nate serves is blessed to have him as their advocate and counselor.
Nate daily demonstrates The Vandemore Way!

Everly and Emmett, of Lynn Center, IL, have taken on The Vandemore Way full steam ahead! Last month they picked up trash in their community.
Now for August, they decided to donate all their harvest from their very first garden to go to the wonderful residents at Hope Creek Nursing Home in East Moline. This is caring, kindness, and compassion at it's finest! Leave it to the little one's to show the rest of us the guiding light to uniting communities!
Thank you for showing us The Vandemore Way extends to all generations!

I would like to nominate Linda Morrison of Geneseo to be recognized as being part of The Vandemore Way movement! She’s a beloved retired Geneseo Elementary school teacher and coach. She keeps busy day and night making the most wonderful masks for anyone who needs/wants them. She has made almost 2000 masks out of the most wonderful quilting fabrics. She gives them away for free and never turns anyone away. She came up with her own pattern and they are absolutely the best masks, sewn with love and compassion for ALL! She’s the BEST!
Way to go LInda, you respresent THE VANDEMORE WAY to a T!

Emmett wanted to do something to help his community. So with his mom's permission, Emmett and his sister, Everly, took action!
They each grabbed a trash bag and walked both sides of their long country road picking up trash.
Way to go Emmett and Everly!
