John and I were so sorry to hear of JoAnn's passing. We know her and Jeff from the golf course and just saw her in October and she was yelling at us from the door, "We're closed!". She and John joked a lot. We'll miss seeing her. Our sympathies to the Jeff and the family.

First we want to extend our deepest sympathy, Jeff and Kelley, for your loss. It's always hard to lose one's parents, especially right before Christmas. We had intended to be there for the visitation, but something else came up at the last minute. Please forgive us. I didn't know your mom or your dad, but Ron knew your dad and they were friends. Again, our deepest sympathy!
