Blakley Mindali Lievens

Blakley Mindali Lievens 6 months old. Passed away on April 19, 2026,  at 5:28pm. A visitation will be held at 11:00 AM at Vandemore Funeral Home & Crematory- Geneseo Chapel with a short service to follow.  She will be laid to rest at Oakwood Cemetery, Geneseo.

Blakely Lievens was born on October 8, 2025, at 8:45 am in Lubbock Texas. She was the daughter of Trenton James Lievens and Hannah Ruth Lievens. She was born at University Medical Center Hospital where she stayed in the NICU until January 12, 2026. She proceeded to come home with her mom (Hannah), dad (Trenton), and older sister (Aleta). From January to April, she spent time with her family going to stores, singing, dancing, and being a bright light to everyone as well as a fighter.  She loved her naps and having cuddles from everyone.

Those left to remember her memory include her parents, Hannah and Trenton Lievens of Lubbock Texas; sibling, Aleta Lievens of Lubbock; grandparents, Mindali Dean of Lubbock, Kevin Lievens (Tracy Vinavich) of Geneseo, and Travis Wilkie of Hillsdale; uncles Jordan Dean (Katie Murdock) of Burlington Iowa, and Alex Duncan of Lubbock; great grandparents, Owen and Shela Dean of Arkansas, Darrell Lievens of Cambridge, and Jake and Jill Hultman of Geneseo; as well as many other family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her grandma, Codi Hultman; two great grandmas, Aleta Ernst Dean and Linda Lievens; great-uncle, Patrick Dean; uncle, Alister Duncan; and great-aunt Brandy Hultman Benzaquen.
