Debra F. Williams

Debra Florence Williams, 64, of Geneseo, passed away on Saturday, January 21, 2023, at Genesis East Medical Center, Davenport, IA. A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, January 27, 2023, at Vandemore Funeral Homes & Crematory – Geneseo Chapel. Reverend Dr. Chris Ritter will officiate. The funeral service will be livestreamed on our website at www.vandemorefuneralhome.com/live-stream. Debra was born May 9, 1958, the daughter of Noel and Phyllis (Crouch) Deland, in Schenectady, NY. She graduated from Ballston Spa High School in 1976 and attended the Regents Program in New York to obtain her nursing license. On October 17, 1981, Debra married Archie Williams. She enjoyed being a homemaker, traveling, reading, playing cards, and video games. She loved cruises and Disney World.

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Archie Williams, Jr; children, Archie (Becky) Williams III of Silvis, Michelle (Bret) Duesterhaus of Quincy, Lindsay (Bob) Zerull of Viola, Rachael (Gerald) Whelchel of Rock Island; nine grandchildren; and siblings, Dennis (Toni) Deland of Schenectady, NY, Denise Ennello of Davenport, FL, and Patricia Rideout of Geneseo.

Debra was preceded in death by her parents, Noel and Phyllis Deland.
