Frances O. Wall

Frances O. “Tiny” Wall, 84, of Kewanee, passed away on Sunday, November 4, 2018, at her home, surrounded by her loving family. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 10, 2018, at Vandemore Funeral Home & Crematory, Atkinson Chapel. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service, from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. Per her wishes, cremation rites have been accorded. Memorials may be directed to the American Heart Association.

Frances was born on May 8, 1934, the daughter of William R. and Josie K. (Jeffries) Crain, in Horsecave, KY. She is a graduate of Wyanet High School. Frances was united in marriage to Erline R. Wall on December 25, 1953, in Kewanee, IL. Erline preceded her in death in 2009. Frances was employed at Champion Company in Princeton for several years and later at the Harper & Wyman Co. in Princeton for 23 years. She retired in 1995. Frances enjoyed the outdoors and loved to go fishing and mushroom hunting. Frances was known for, and loved, to entertain guests in her home while Erline was serving in the military.

Those left to cherish her memory include her son, Carl C. Wall, of Mapleton, IL; daughters, Lori (Tim) Conley, of FL, and Teresa (Roger) Schoutteet, of Kewanee; six grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and her sister, Genevia Travis, of Wyanet, IL.

Frances was preceded in death by her parents, William and Josie, husband, Erline, a son, Curtis Wall, six brothers, and three sisters.
