H. Nancy Frakes, PhD, 85, of Geneseo, IL passed away on Monday, April 3, 2023, at her home. A graveside service will be held at Avon Cemetery, Avon, IL, on Saturday, April 8 at 10:30 a.m. Vandemore Funeral Homes & Crematory – Geneseo Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
