Joyce C. Lamb

Joyce C. Lamb, 85, of Geneseo, IL, passed away on February 4, 2024, at Hillcrest Home-Geneseo. There will be no visitation. A graveside service will be held, and burial will take place at North Cemetery-Geneseo on Wednesday, February 7, 2024, at 1:30 PM with Pastor Jeff French officiating. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the Henry County Humane Society, 14606 Roos Hill Road, Geneseo, IL 61254.

Joyce was born on August 5, 1938, in Geneseo, the daughter of Fred and Marie (Curtis) Will. She married Leo A. Lamb on February 19, 1956, and he preceded her in death on December 15, 2010. Joyce enjoyed making crafts, growing plants and flowers and her many friends and family.

Survivors include her three daughters and spouses; Cynthia (Bob) Muse of Falkville, AL, Linda (Richard) Brown of Geneseo, IL, Mary (Carl) Bier of Hillsdale, IL; five grandchildren, five great grandchildren, many nieces, and nephews and one sister, Judith Eastburn of Geneseo, IL.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, three brothers and three sisters.
