Keith was born July 20, 1962, the son of Wilbur and Imogene (Bridgeman) Brown, in Sullivan, MO. He graduated high school and went on to be the Mainenance Director for Forrest Hill Health and Rehabilitation, East Moline. On February 4, 1984, Keith married Cheryl Stropes at a service held in Rock Island, IL. Being married to Cheryl was his absolute favorite part of life, she was not only his wife but also his best friend, and confident. He loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren – who were his partners in all their Bigfoot adventures. What wonderful memories they made together as a family. Keith was known for his ability to fix most anything and his willingness to help people. They say there was nothing that Keith and his brother could not fix.
Those left to honor his memory include his mother, Imogene Brown of Geneseo; his loving wife, Cheryl Brown of Geneseo; children, Kenny (Mindy) Stropes of East Moline, Kyle (Liz) Brown of Geneseo; Jess (Matt) Riley of Geneseo, Nicole Wisely of Geneseo; grandchildren, Hayley, Sydney, Makenna, Taylor, Bailey, Kylee, Autumn, Khloey, Aubree, Dylan, Bret, Kenny Jr, and Colt; great grandchildren, Dean and Caroline; siblings, Tim (Sue) Brown of Galesburg, Bruce Faulkner of Davenport, and Brenda Yanez of Silvis; and several nieces and nephews.
