Braggs Family, I am so sorry for your loss. I went all through school with Gene, maybe since kindergarden. I know I can remember him in third or fourth grade. He was a really nice kid who grew to be a very nice man! As an adult, every time I saw him, he had a smile and a hug. I know you'll miss him a lot,, but I also know you have wonderful memories to hold close to your heart.

I very much enjoyed playing softball with Geno. We played for East End Club and Geno was a great teammate. He use to tell me anything hit up the middle he would get and I should cover the bag and more often than not he made the play. He showed excellent sportsmanship. We both worked for Equifax for a few years and we had a close relationship. I was so sorry to hear of his passing.
I am sure he will be missed by all of his friends and relatives. I leave for San Francisco tomorrow so will not be able to attend funeral. My sincere condolences for your loss.

So many memories are flooding our minds: the picnics, volleyball nights that started or ended at Hafner's, the station, the animal stories, going to watch Wade play in his band, talking about the kids and grandkids., He always had a smile and hug for fire family.
