Verla was my sister-in-law. My husband Kenny was Oliver's brother. We shared the same birthday,and many years and good times together. She was a class act,and I loved her.

Aunt Verla was married to my Uncle Pooch(Oliver). They would take Amber and I on vacations to the Amana Colonies and Wisconsin. For many years,Aunt Verla,Uncle Pooch,and my family would vacation for fishing trips in Northern Minnesota. I was honored to thank her for driving my father(Kenny)to the many doctor's appointments,after his leg was amputated,as a child. She will be remembered fondly for her grace and perseverence.
