Bereavement literally means to be deprived by death, so experiencing a wide range of emotions is expected. Emotions can range from denial, anger, guilt, sadness, and confusion; however, these feelings are NORMAL. You may not be ready for the intensity or how quickly your moods can change, but the feelings are healthy and appropriate.
However, if you ever feel your feelings are not appropriate or are thinking of doing self-harm, do not hesitate to seek help.
